His research focuses on statistical modeling for dynamic systems, with applications in environmental public-health surveillance and sports analytics. He is broadly interested in Bayesian methods, stochastic-process modeling, and time-to-event analysis. Ken is currently working with Prof. Robert Delatolla’s group on developing spatio-temporal models for wastewater-based surveillance to support public-health decision making. Outside of research, Ken is also a competitive powerlifting athlete.
